About the Role:

As the Controller, you will oversee the entire financial spectrum of the company, from daily accounting operations to long-term financial planning. You will be pivotal in enhancing financial policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading the company through financial audits. This role demands a visionary with a solid foundation in full-cycle accounting and a knack for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including regulatory reporting, financial forecasting, and budget management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the financial reporting process.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• Strong management experience, with a proven track record of leading accounting teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or fabrication within the building materials sector is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
