The responsibilities of a Client Analyst working onsite at our client location are:
- Tax Assistance
- Gather charitable acknowledgment letters
- Pull tax documents from online portals (i.e. Desktop)
- Complete basis calculations ( Interns)
- Review & summarize travel calendars
- Request Tax Checks
- Draft response to tax notices
- Forms Collection & Completion
- Prepopulate Subscription Documents
- Complete tax forms (W‐4s, IT‐2104s, IT204‐LLs, etc.)
- Complete foreign reporting forms (FBARs & FATCA)
- Prepare Consent Forms & LOAs
- Other Miscellaneous:
- Draft Letters of Authorization
- Request various checks for invoices
- Create comprehensive logs for various AMs clients (i.e. mortgage logs, tax refund logs, etc.)
- Maintain a Project Tracker to keep all teams informed of workload
- Attend team meetings and trainings when appropriate
- Draft Estate Planning document summaries, when appropriate
- Handle the processing of Client Matters and potentially begin to develop critical analysis and thinking regarding
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Polished communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Business professional environment and attire
- Possess critical thinking skills and good judgment
- Displays personal pride in work, always striving to do his/her best
- Chooses to always operate with integrity and transparency
