Bilinski Sausage Co. is Hiring a Packaging Line Lead (Tuesday-Saturday) Near Cohoes, NY
Responsibilities Include
- Meeting packaging efficiency goals
- Motivating team members
- Ensuring compliance with dress code, on-time starts, and sanitation for the line
- Completing all batch paperwork and making sure all product packaging specifications are met
- Filling in for key line positions when needed
- Organizing and preparing all supplies, including labels and packaging materials
Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Tuesday through Saturday. The ability to stay until production is completed is mandatory. Must be available to work Saturdays with a day off during the week.NOTE: This is a refrigerated workspace, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees.
Pay: $22/hrNOTE: We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions
