Bilinski Sausage Co. is Hiring a Packaging Line Lead Near Cohoes, NY
Responsibilities Include
- Meeting packaging efficiency goals
- Motivating team members
- Ensuring compliance with dress code, on-time starts, and sanitation for the line
- Completing all batch paperwork and making sure all product packaging specifications are met
- Filling in for key line positions when needed
- Organizing and preparing all supplies, including labels and packaging materials
Schedule for this position is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (off days will be Tuesday and Sunday). Ability to stay until production is completed is mandatory. NOTE: This is a refrigerated work space, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees. Bilinski's has a no facial hair (no beards or mustache) and no jewelry policy in the workplace.
