Scott Hill Retirement Community is home to approximately 139 residents. The two-building campus is located outside of downtown Clifton Forge, VA just off I-64. Scott Hill is currently recruiting a highly motivated & experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the community, lead a team of approximately 10 employees and enhance the lives of the residents. The candidate must possess good customer service and technical skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Property Management is a fast-paced, highly regulated, customer service focused environment. Ability to multi-task and make sound decisions quickly is essential. Logical thought process, good business sense and strong interpersonal skills are important. Must be able to work independently.
The Property Manager position also requires knowledge of HUD subsidy programs. A proven track record of effectively managing maintenance staff, collections, waiting list management, expense control and strong resident relation skills desired.
