Must be able to deal with the public in a professional manner. Must have a take charge personality and be courteous and respectful to the public. Property management experience helpful, clerical/office and computer skills a must.
Daily duties include but not limited to:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Dependable
- Collect rents, postings and bank deposits
- Oversee court proceedings and collections
- Process applications for apartments
- Maintain lease signings, renewals and addendums
- Handle tenant issues
- Supervise maintenance staff and vendors
- Oversee vendors on property
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
