Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess strong curriculum development skills, and be committed to providing a nurturing learning environment.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Utilize Montessori or other educational methodologies to engage students
- Provide early intervention strategies when necessary
- Educate children on various subjects including math, physical education, and child welfare
- Manage classroom behavior effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a preschool setting
- Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to young learners
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- CDA certified but we're opened to have training while working.
