Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a strong understanding of child development, and the ability to create engaging and educational experiences for young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to explore and learn
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Adhere to state licensing regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous experience working with young children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Pass background check and fingerprinting clearance

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
