Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new clients and securing cleaning contracts. This is a unique opportunity to grow with our company and enjoy a generous commission-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Cleveland area and surrounding regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote our cleaning services to businesses through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of cleaning services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or related industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the Cleveland market and surrounding areas is a plus.
