Coastal Properties Group is Hiring a Real Estate Assistant Near Clearwater, FL
Real estate assistant needed for a busy top agent in our office! Licensed agent preferred. Can be part or full time.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the agent to follow checklists for listing setup including meeting photographers, stagers, etc.
- Careful attention to deadlines for real estate contracts
- Works closely with agents, title companies, lenders, insurance companies, inspectors and vendors
- Schedule and supervise necessary inspections, final walkthrough & closings for transactions
- Organize and maintain database
- Knowledge of Contracts and Listing Agreements, Fair Housing Laws, a plus
- Some marketing and social media assistance needed
Must Be Professional, Organized, Detail Oriented, Efficient, Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Google etc.)
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Real estate license (preferred)
- Background in real estate is needed for this position
Flexible hours (we will work together to figure out a schedule)
