Schedule : M-F, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Job description :
- Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decisions supporting raw material supply and finished goods demand, incorporating sales trends, market forecasts, and supply chain insights.
- Create a detailed production schedule, prioritizing job orders to optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.
- Maintain production schedule and relevant reports, including inventory, quality control, and production efficiency reports, to monitor progress and address bottlenecks.
- Oversee monthly raw ingredient cycle counting and reporting accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Engage daily with production staff to resolve manufacturing efficiency issues and provide necessary information to Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Accounting departments.
- Adapt schedules to accommodate last-minute modifications seamlessly.
- Ensure efficient communication and collaboration across departments. Nice to have :

- Demand planning software : Logility, Demand Solutions, SAP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Demantra, JDA
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree.
- Must have manufacturing supply chain experience / scheduling.
- Must have (1) year of production planning experience.
- Must have advanced MS Excel.
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.
