Coastal Properties Group International is a rapidly growing, invitation-only brokerage highly ranked for luxury sales and listings. With over 380 agents and 15 office locations, we are expanding and seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Account Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Account Executive to support our marketing team and help our real estate agents enhance their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to multi-task. You will work closely with our agents to review and develop their marketing plans, suggest and implement ideas, and ensure all marketing activities are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with agents to review their marketing plans and discuss needs.

- Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies.

- Create annual marketing timelines and budgets for luxury listings.

- Utilize our brochure template system and work with e-newsletters.

- Collaborate with our graphics team to review and approve artwork.

- Manage social media posting and organization.

- Ensure all marketing activities are executed with attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a friendly personality.

- Experience in social media posting and organization.

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

- Computer proficiency and flexibility.

- Prior experience in a similar position (experience during college is acceptable).

- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Slack is a plus.

- Not a freelance position.

- Health insurance available after 90 days of employment (50% paid by employer).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
