Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our apartments in the Ogden Area. As a Site Manager, you will ensure that customers receive prompt, efficient, and quality service. You will work closely with the Regional Compliance Manager, Regional Property Manager, maintenance personnel, accounting personnel, and other elements of the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Complete all required recertifications on time
  • Maintain accurate and complete resident files
  • Edit and distribute monthly resident newsletters
  • Prepare and submit monthly property reports
  • Comply with all program requirements and regulations
  • Maintain applicant waiting list according to program requirements
  • Screen prospective residents and ensure program eligibility
  • Complete all program and management forms accurately and on time
  • Obtain necessary verifications for HUD forms
  • Coordinate life skills training as needed and assist with audit preparation.

Experience with Section 8, Tax Credit, and Home Fund programs preferred:

  • Ensure timely completion of annual recertifications and maintain resident files
  • Comply with program requirements and regulations
  • Manage applicant waiting list and screen prospective residents for program qualification
  • Complete required program and management forms for qualified residents
  • Coordinate life skills training and assist with audits

  • Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat
  • May be required to work overtime on occasion
  • May be required to travel for meetings, seminars, and training
  • Use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves required during activities such as cleaning, maintenance, grounds maintenance, and any other activity which presents a hazardous environment.
