We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cleaning services and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize residential and commercial properties, including floors, carpets, restrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Handle basic maintenance and cleaning of cleaning equipment.
• Report any damages or issues to the supervisor.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain supply inventory.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or requests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Skills:

• Proficiency in a variety of cleaning techniques and methods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.26 per hour
