Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning----Look for business in person and over internet
-- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing and resolving any guest concerns or complaints
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
- Monitor and manage hotel inventory, including room availability and rates
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including guest services, reservations, and front desk procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and other hospitality software
-Note: Night audit experience is preferred but not required.
