SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental practice setting (2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatment procedures, and insurance billing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and effectively address their needs.
- Must be a STRONG closer and meet daily and monthly goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software Open Dental preferred.
- Certification or training in dental assisting or dental office administration is a plus.
