The Marketing Coordinator brings their expertise, passion and creative talents to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and enhance marketing campaigns, events, social media and other initiatives.

This role is responsible for strategy, development and execution.

• Create and execute marketing strategy, campaigns and plans, including internal marketing such as email, website, social media channels
• Create and implement business development and outreach strategies
• Interface with third party public relation companies. Improving strategy and executions of Adalina overall PR presence
• Work with events department to improve event awareness and exposure
• Develop and execute the marketing of internal wine, cocktail and culinary events
• Create, develop and capture brand content to be implemented in social media campaigns
• Strategize, implement and manage Adalina’s search engine optimization and digital marketing
• Manage Adalina’s external event exposure including charitable events
• Work with managers and peers to optimize Adalina’s customer relationship management platforms
• Research and implement new marketing strategies and trends that creatively innovate and improve Adalina’s brand awareness
• Maintain and update Adalina branding guidelines, standards, and templates to ensure quality and consistency
• Manage, create and improve standard and custom email notifications
• Create digital assets for events, marketing initiatives, or other special projects
• Develop marketing campaigns to increase awareness to Adalina’s corporate partnerships
• Create, execute and quantify marketing ideas to drive and increase employee engagement / retention
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (preferably marketing, communications, or digital media / graphic design)
• 2 years of experience in a similar role / experience crafting marketing vision, plans, and campaigns from start to finish
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
• Prior experience with digital design work
• Familiarity with email marketing applications and engagement metrics i.e Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Hubspot etc
• Solid project and task management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in the creation and management of google AdWord campaigns
• Past experience creating and managing social media marketing campaigns
