As a member of the team, you’ll play a significant role in ensuring the company's day to day financial health with cash flow management. As a Global Treasury Manager, your work will be used by business leaders to make decisions on cash flow related matters and allow the business to identify opportunities for maximizing cash flows. A successful candidate will come with an interest in working with a multinational company, and have experience with managing day to day cash flows through the payable & receivables function and have experience with cash flow forecasting.The position will be based in the United States and report to the Head of Tax. The Global Treasury Manager will partner closely with the Controllership function within finance and collaborate closely with the shared services teams in Brazil, China & India. Here’s What You’ll DoManage a global treasury function across 19 countries with assistance from local finance team members in a collaborative environment:Interact with global banking partners internally & externallyHandle bank documentation for account openings and closings including responding to bank’s KYC requestsAssist in bank access administration across multiple bank accountsDetermine intercompany cash positions for working capital requirements across a multinational businessTransfer funds and handle foreign exchange needsIdentify opportunities for maximizing cashflows Coordinate documentation and controls for bank accounts, access to bank systems and relationships with financial institution partnersAnalyze and report on Treasury related data as requiredCreate global cash forecasts for the businessContribute to creation of foreign exchange policy strategyIdentify currency exposures and develop appropriate risk management strategiesParticipate in quarter-end accounting close activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards which includes the performance of certain SOX controlsEnsure maintenance and compliance with effective control environment including Lead/assist with ad hoc projects
