CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Front Desk Supervisor for the FourPoints by Sheraton Buffalo Grove. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional guest service through our guest service surveys in the intent to recommend and elite appreciation categories, recognizing our team members as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners.

Our front desk supervisor will direct and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions, running a profitable operation for top line revenue and bottom line profitability, exceeding STR key metrics while the hotel guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. Improving the guest experience by communicating with the guests, offering friendly, thoughtful conversations, recognizing and enrolling Marriott Bonvoy members and making recommendations about the hotel, services and amenities and local area. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.
