Creative Circle is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Chicago, IL
Our manufacturing client in the high end luxury retail space is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a freelance to fulltime or direct hire basis if preferred.
***This person must be local to Chicago, IL and able to go on-site 5x a week***
Marketing Coordinator Capabilities:
• Hands on Trade Show Booth Prep/Set up, event coordination experience
• Ability to execute email campaigns & post for social media
• Familiarity of Creative Suite and/or Canva a plus
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Work with the Marketing Manager to plan meetings, events, conferences, trade shows.
• Coordinate trade show activities, including checking in booths returned from the field, coordinating booth repairs and improvements, replenishing marketing materials, and organizing booth shipments.
• Working with Marketing Manager to implement a social media plan; taking images and content; reformatting and posting on social media
• Executing Marketing Campaign Emails; using a template, drag/drop sales force email platform
• Communicate campaign timelines, and deliverables to the sales team
• Maintain inventory of sales support materials
