The Physical Education Teacher is responsible for implementing a physical education program that promotes the physical, mental, and social development of students. This role requires a passionate and energetic educator who can inspire students to engage in physical activities, develop motor skills, and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Instruction and Curriculum Development:**

- Implement age-appropriate physical education lessons that align with company standards.

- Implement a curriculum that incorporates a variety of physical activities, including team sports, individual sports, fitness exercises, and recreational games.

- Utilize a range of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

2. **Student Assessment and Evaluation:**

- Assess students' physical abilities, skills, and progress through formal and informal assessments.

- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their physical skills and overall fitness.

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

3. **Classroom Management:**

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and orderly environment during physical activities.

- Enforce rules and regulations regarding student behavior and safety.

4. **Collaboration and Professional Development:**

- Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administration to support the overall educational program.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical education and health education.

- Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and program objectives.

6. **Extracurricular Activities:**

- Support and/or lead extracurricular sports and recreational activities as needed.

- Assist in organizing school-wide events, such as field days and sports competitions.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field.

- Prior experience teaching physical education or coaching sports is preferred.

- Strong understanding of physical education principles, techniques, and safety guidelines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and abilities.

- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
