Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Sales and Marketing and collaborate with our Sales and Revenue Management Team to drive business growth and ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in coordinating sales processes and promotional initiatives.
· Provide administrative support to the Sales and Revenue Management Team, including assisting with communications between customers and sales managers, scheduling appointments/meetings, and managing correspondence, daily communications, and reporting.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer databases, account files, and revenue performance reports.
· Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers.
· Collaborate as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and fulfilling customer needs.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing to support the overall sales and marketing efforts of the hotel.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
· Requires flexibility of schedule based on business demands.
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Effective communication and people skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a demanding environment.
· Cheerful and optimistic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
· Experience with Sales & Event Management software, such as Delphi, and/or PMS reservation systems experience, such as OnQ, preferred.
· Experience with social media marketing across multiple platforms is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
