Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Philanthropy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of fundraising and donor relations to support our organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to meet revenue targets
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure financial support
- Oversee grant research, writing, and submission process
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, including logistics and promotion
- Utilize software tools for donor management, data collection, and reporting
- Manage email marketing campaigns and social media outreach efforts
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication of the organization's mission

Skills:

- Proven experience in event planning and fundraising research
- Strong relationship management skills with donors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in proposal writing for grants and sponsorship opportunities
- Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of databases for donor tracking and management

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
