We are seeking qualified applicants for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) specializing in Employee Benefits to join our team in Charleston, SC
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in benefits administration, with a preference for those who have worked with Applied Epic. Applied Epic is an Agency Management System.
The CSR will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Familiarity with benefits coordination and a proven track record in a similar role will be key to success in this position.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This role could be a 6 month contract-to-hire for those who are interested.
