Position Summary

A dynamic individual is needed to be a part of our growing and innovative sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate is a team player who has a positive attitude and is able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. 

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinate and schedule the job with the customer and the Securis service team
• Assist the billing department with all the job details necessary to accurately invoice the customer
• Maintain and establish a long-lasting, productive relationship with current customers

• Drafts job quotations and proposals (proper scope of work, price estimates, and contingencies) and submit to the EVP of Sales for approval

• Assist the sales team in developing new business opportunities
• Responsible for contacting vendors and pricing additional specialized items that may be needed for specific projects
• Other related duties may be assigned

Experience

• 3-5 years of project management or customer service experience
• College degree preferred

Computer Skills

• Must be proficient with G-Suite
• Salesforce experience preferred
