Direct Counsel is seeking a skilled PPC Specialist for a reputable personal injury law firm located in Los Angeles, CA. The law firm is committed to advocating for individuals who have been injured due to negligence and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the firm’s Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads and maximize online visibility. You will work closely with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and analyze PPC initiatives across various platforms, with a focus on generating high-quality leads for legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Implement A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our PPC strategies remain competitive and effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, and proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in PPC advertising.
• Being fluent in Spanish is a HUGE plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
