Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Verify and process invoices
- Analyze expenditures and credit cards
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll and payroll taxes
- Daily operation of the office and support across all job functions
- Other office tasks as assigned
- This position reports to the owner
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience in an office setting
- Communicating and managing processes and systems with vendors and field employees.
- Organizational skills
- Systems - QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Email, help implement and use a new job management, reporting system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

· High School

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
