Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid and Primavera
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team of contractors and workers
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
