We are in search of a Part-Time Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Byron Center, Michigan. This role is central to our tech-focused telecom provider operations, where you will be tasked with providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing databases. This is a short-term contract opportunity that allows you to utilize and further develop your skills in Citrix Technologies, Database Management, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, and Active Directory. Responsibilities • Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving IT issues effectively • Utilize Citrix Technologies to manage virtual desktops and applications • Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and security • Operate and troubleshoot EO/IR systems as part of the technical support process • Use Lotus Notes and Microsoft applications for email and collaborative communication • Manage user access and security through Active Directory • Provide Deskside Support, assisting users with hardware and software problems • Manage desktop hardware, including set up, maintenance, and updates • Utilize Configuration Management techniques to manage system changes• Maintain the company's computer hardware, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
