We are in search of a diligent Credit Clerk to join our team based in Centennial, Colorado. As a key player in our Accounting department, this role involves managing customer credit processes, ensuring accurate record keeping, and addressing customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and conducting necessary actions for overdue payments.Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.• Resolve customer credit inquiries efficiently and professionally.• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and identify any discrepancies.• Take necessary action to collect delinquent payments from customers.• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.• Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and collections.• Utilize various software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and other accounting tasks.• Contribute to month-end close processes when necessary.• Perform additional duties as required, relating to customer credit or general accounting.
