Skills
- The communications team is responsible for the implementation of customer servicing communications and interfaces with every area of the credit business.
- Edit and/or draft written responses to customer feedback and regulatory complaints.
- Review communications for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage and consistency and adherence to Client’s voice, brand and style.
- Provide proofreading and quality assurance throughout the implementation process.
- Support requirements and tasks around communication approvals and documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of team to establish and maintain consistency across communication; contribute to ongoing development of style guidelines.
- A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a highly dynamic, fast-paced professional environment—credit card and/or financial industry preferred, along with familiarity with related legal regulations
- Immaculate written and verbal communication skills, with ability to focus on and identify the smallest details and errors.
- The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker and problem-solver and can provide a portfolio of work related to the credit card and/or financial industry.
- Ability to assess communications for user experience within customer journey
- Strong critical thinking and ability to apply learnings across new and varied scenarios
- Highly developed organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks (with an appropriate sense of urgency) in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
- Collaborative, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to tactfully and professionally communicate across all levels and areas of business
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) and/or Figma a plus
