Robert Half is Hiring an Office Manager Near Centennial, CO

DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager in CENTENNIAL, Colorado, 80112-2004, United States. This role will involve handling the day-to-day operations of the office, managing human resources, ensuring HR compliance, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration. As part of the recruitment team, you will also be expected to assist with the hiring process.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and benefits enrollment information
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including providing support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and programs to promote a positive work environment and ensure legal compliance
  • Support payroll processing activities, including verifying timecards, calculating hours worked, and assisting with payroll inquiries
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives and training programs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Maintain safety records and documentation, conduct safety inspections, and address any safety concerns or issues
  • Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, resolving service issues, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Requirements
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
  • Experience with Careerbuilder.
  • Expertise in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
  • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
  • Ability to utilize 'About Time' software.
  • Experience in conducting Background Checks.
  • Knowledge of Benefit Functions.
  • Understanding of Hiring Processes.
  • Experience in Corporate Recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Scheduling and Calendar Management.
