We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the online sales department, focusing on generating and converting internet leads into satisfied customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless online purchasing experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist, train and manage the internet sales team in conjunction with the director and other managers.
• Assist internet sales advisors with pencils, negotiations, lead development and follow ups.
• Product and systems knowledge and the ability to train new associates is required.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. 
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the internet director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

 Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous automotive sales required, internet or sales BDC experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic personality with high energy throughout the workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
