TEKsystems is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Cayce, SC

Description:

Our Customer Service Representatives provide high quality customer service to both internal and external clients. The position interacts with customers, in a small contact center environment, responding to inquiries about products and services; and working to resolve customer issues. The position assures quality customer service to internal and external clients; and interacts with customers to provide information, in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Assist callers by taking claims, providing general information, and offering excellent customer service to policyholders and agents along with other callers.

Act quickly in response to customer problems, taking ownership and following through to satisfactory conclusion.

Interact professionally and courteously with customers in phone and face to face situations.

Remain up-to-date on internal policies and procedures within scope of work.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of internal and external people.

Provide administrative support when and where needed.

Regular and predictable attendance required.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2 years of customer service experience.

Insurance industry experience preferred, not required.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook office programs preferred.
