Job Description
Required Skills:
Help Desk Experience, ticketing process, application troubleshooting, analytical skills, Able to work with clients.
Preferred Skills: Software Testing
Responsibilities
- Primarily Help Desk position for Application Support.
- Applicant needs to learn customized application and support incoming help desk calls.
- This is Onsite position and candidate should be willing to work from client onsite location.
- There may be an option to work hybrid once candidate finishes his training but this is not guaranteed.
