POSITION: Assistant Store Manager Trainee

RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to specified Training Manager

CRITERIA:

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Store Manager Trainee (ASMT) will be trained to proficiency in every job within the retail & production environments including Donation Attendant and Truck Driver. By learning each job necessary for successful store operations, the ASMT will become amply equipped to teach new employees the skills necessary to become proficient, successful in their jobs which will elevate themselves and WRM to the next level of performance and profitability. This will ultimately also enable the successful ASMT to lead in partnership with the store manager, WRM staff, volunteers, interns, and program guests in operation of the store to procure financial resources that sustain the programs of WRM in a manner that glorifies Jesus Christ. This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Spiritual:

A. Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and confess Him as their personal Lord and Savior. (John 3:16, Acts 4:12)

B. Endeavor to live a Godly life in public and private, thereby providing a Christian role model for those we seek to reach. (1 Peter 1:13-16)

C. Agree with the WRM Statement of Faith.
