Job Summary: As a Lawn Care Laborer, you will be an integral part of our lawn care team, responsible for assisting in the execution of various lawn maintenance tasks. Your role will involve hands-on work in outdoor environments, helping to ensure the timely completion of lawn care services for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are physically fit.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with Lawn Maintenance:

- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing activities using lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

- Help with the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and weed control products under the supervision of senior technicians.

2. Landscaping Support

- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, mulching, weeding, and pruning.

- Help with the installation of landscape features such as sod, plants, trees, and irrigation systems.

3. Equipment Maintenance:

- Assist in the cleaning, fueling, and maintenance of lawn care equipment and tools.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

4. Site Cleanup:

- Remove debris, litter, and other obstacles from lawns and landscaped areas.

- Ensure that work areas are left clean and tidy after completing tasks.

5. Assist with Customer Interaction:

- Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner when working on their properties.

- Follow instructions from senior technicians and address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly.

6. Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

7. Training and Development:

- Participate in training sessions to learn proper lawn care techniques and safety procedures.

- Seek opportunities for skill development and advancement within the company.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required.

- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sunlight.

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.40 per hour
