Keva Juice in Carson City, NV is looking for a store manager to join our team. We are located on 2320 S. Carson St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall success and efficient operation of the store. This position requires a results-driven and experienced retail professional with exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including team leadership, inventory control, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing store team.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Inventory Management

Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels.

Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and replenishment.

Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize losses and optimize sales.

  • Customer Service

Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

Promote and encourage customer enrollments in the store's loyalty system (e.g., Klub Keva).

  • Financial Performance

Set and achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

Monitor and control expenses to meet budget objectives.

Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.

  • Promotions and Specials

Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. This includes marketing and promotions sent out by Keva Juice.

Ensure that the store team is well-informed about current promotions and specials.

Measure the effectiveness of promotions and make adjustments as needed.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence

Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and guidelines.

Familiarize yourself with the manager handbook and ensure it is upheld.

Maintain a safe and secure store environment.

  • Staff Scheduling

Create and manage staff schedules to meet labor goals and operational needs.

Optimize scheduling efficiency while maintaining adequate staffing levels.

Adjust schedules as necessary to address business demands.

It is crucial that the store never faces the risk of early closures, delayed openings, or inadequate staffing. We want to emphasize the importance of meeting your labor goals to prevent extended wait times, dissatisfied customers, and an overall negative experience for the team, Keva Juice and our valued customers. Managers are expected to ensure proper shift coverage, which may require coming in even on days when you are not originally scheduled.

  • Reporting

Prepare and submit reports as required by the District Manager or company headquarters.

Use sales and performance data to make informed decisions and improvements.


Qualifications

    *Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets. *Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. *Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. *Proficiency in using inventory management systems and point-of-sale software. *Knowledge of customer service best practices. *Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. *Thorough understanding of company policies and guidelines (as outlined in the manager handbook).

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.
