As Sales Operations Analyst, you will ensure the company’s supply meets the customers’ demand. Your duties

include overseeing the company’s supply chains, ensuring timely delivery and keeping the company on

budget.

Requirements

• Sales Operations Analysts improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and
• analysis. Utilize interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments and external sources to recommend ways of improving the supply chain to our customers.
• Specific Sales Operations Analyst duties:
• Collect data on sales operations as it relates to sales order demand.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Analyze data to identify areas of sales operations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
• Build sustainable business relationships and trust with Distributor Buyers through open and interactive communication.
• Establish and maintain internal professional relationships with Logistics and Sales teams.
• Assess distributor operations and enforce compliance with order standards.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Measure sales operations performance and report to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must have 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
