We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Personager to help with the upkeep of our industrial facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with building maintenance, carpentry and repair, as well as a high level of mechanical knowledge. This position comes with a competitive salary and is responsible for overseeing several departmental personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain various structures and buildings.
• Perform a variety of tasks that require physical labor.
• Manage the building repair staff.
• Make sure all employees are doing their job correctly and are following safety procedures.
• Comply with all building codes, including fire safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with other workers, including technicians and building owners.
