Wyndemere is a Senior Living Community located in Wheaton, IL. We are searching for a full-time Dining Room Supervisor to join our Culinary team.
Compensation: $22-24 per hour
Responsibilities:
- In the absence of the Assistant Food & Beverage Director, supervises the physical appearance of the dining room area and server stations including table pedestals, table place settings, chairs, floors, drapes and lighting.
- Coordinates the seating of the residents and guests in an efficient, courteous manner.
- Schedules stations and work assignments for the wait staff and check out servers to make sure standards are met.
- Records meal counts, reservations and additional charges. Complete knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) system.
Requirements:
- at least one (1) year of management experience, food service industry highly preferred
- Customer and hospitality focused disposition
- At least one (1) year experience of creating schedules
