We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Carmel by the Sea, California. The role will involve overseeing the smooth operation of the office environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity within the team. The successful applicant will be based in our office, performing a variety of tasks related to managing office operations in the construction industry.Responsibilities:• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow• Greet clients and manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails• Keep track of office supplies and restock when necessary, ensuring the office is well-equipped at all times• Manage internal communications and scheduling, including setting up meetings and conference rooms• Assist with administrative duties for the executive team, including paperwork and application submissions• Ensure the office environment is clean and organized, including tidying up common areas and maintaining office equipment• Utilize various software systems, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suites, to accomplish tasks and responsibilities• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and perform other basic accounting functions as necessary• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or issues• Support in setting up clients and providing necessary services, including food and beverages during meetings.
