Facility Technician Carlsbad CA Salary : $24 - $ per Hour
We are searching for a facility technician for a great company in Carlsbad! Great starting pay, shift, and benefits!
Pay :
$24 / hr OT
Hours :
- Monday-Friday
- 7am to 3 : 30pm
- Overtime as needed
Duties :
- Working in a golf club and apparel manufacturing facility
- Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the assembly floor and the entire facility.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.
- Required to work within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) reporting all work performed, parts used during repair and maintenance tasks.
Requirements :
- 2 years of maintenance experience
- HVAC maintenance experience is preferred
