- Coordinate routes for timely customer delivery
- Team leadership
- Ensures customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate requests and routes for Parts Delivery drivers to make sure all requests are completed using Elite Extra
- Facilitates service, maintenance, and repairs for vehicles through Volvo service.
- Handle timecards for the delivery drivers
- Cultivate and sustain a culture of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in interviews for the Parts Driver position.
- Ensure that all delivery drivers are up to department standards.
- Handle all performance reviews for delivery drivers.
- Daily audit of delivery driver shelves.
- Ensure that customer credits are being delivered.
- Train and assist any new Delivery drivers.
- Conduct morning huddles with all drivers
- Perform weekly audits of all delivery vehicles
- Handle emergency situations, provide customer with any delivery changes
- Monitor driver behaviors through the Motive app and provide coaching.
- High school education or its equivalent.
- Possess a valid Ohio driver’s license with the ability to be insured by the Company’s motor vehicle insurance carrier.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
