Position: Entry-Level Leasing Consultant
Duration: Permanent
Location: Indianapolis, IN / Grand Rapids, MI / Farmington Hills, MI / Canton, MI
Salary: $22/hr
Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri Saturday rotation
Qualifications:
· Positive attitude and professional demeanour.
· Must have a valid driver's license.
· Ability to work on Saturdays.
· Excellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
· Leasing or property management experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least at a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
· Perform clerical duties as required.
· Field general questions regarding rental units and property features.
· Answer phones, greet potential clients, and show model apartments.
· Assist potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
