We are a growing, fast-paced property management office located in Farmington Hills, MI seeking a grounds keeper in at Berkshire Apartment Homes in Canton, MI. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated and highly organized. Candidates must have experience working with commercial lawn equipment and be self-motivated. This position requires a high school diploma or a GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to pass a background check.
- Leaf removal
- Mulching and cleaning flower beds
