Specific Responsibilities:
- Third party vendor billing
- Assisting with freight bills (coding and tracking)
- Helping to do the daily invoicing
- Researching tax issues and helping to get tax paperwork from customers
- Helping with the warranty invoice reports and researching issues
- Helping with researching and processing credits and rebills
- Other projects as needed for VP Operations and CS Manager
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to operate a PC.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
