The (Sr.) HRBP partners with people managers through individual contributors within assigned business groups to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional, and responsive people support. They work closely with Director, HR Business Partners to deliver HR strategic initiatives and drive program adoption across the organization. They provide subject matter expertise in the consistent execution and delivery of HR services in the areas of employee relations and investigations, HR policies and procedures, and special projects designed to improve overall HR service delivery.The (Sr.) HRBP also provides front-line support to people managers in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. This is a hands-on, highly visible role for a knowledgeable, customer-driven HR professional capable of building trust and earning credibility at all levels within the organization.
