**Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and engage with potential gym members in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Conduct gym tours, showcasing facilities, equipment, and amenities to prospective members.

3. Provide detailed information about membership options, pricing, and promotions.

4. Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our gym and address any concerns or objections.

5. Utilize sales techniques to close membership agreements and achieve sales targets.

6. Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, email, and in-person visits.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions.

8. Assist with member retention efforts by providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote gym events, programs, and special offers.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new gym features to effectively position our services.

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry.

2. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. High level of professionalism and integrity.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.45 - $15.45 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Canal Winchester, OH 43110: Relocate before starting work (Required)
