Property Manager
Our apartment community is seeking a professional to work in the leasing office. This full-time position will be responsible for the operation and management of our property, including tenant and vendor relations, leasing, accounts payable, financial reporting and team support.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Answering the telephone
-Greet prospective residents and provide information on apartment inquiries
-Show vacant units & rent them
-Complete applicant screening process & follow up with all prospects/applicants
-Complete lease forms, collect rental deposit & application fees
-Manage apartment turn-overs, ensuring that they are ready to show
-Handle all details of move-ins & move-outs
-Conduct weekly market surveys
-Resolve resident problems in a timely & courteous manner
-Promote & ensure that all Fair Housing Rules & Standards are followed
-Promote positive resident relations, making sure that the first & last impression is of the highest quality.
Qualifications;
3 years leasing/sales/property management experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Energetic, positive attitude
Team player
You must have a proven sales and customer service background, have a professional appearance and demeanor and be organized and friendly.
Benefits include paid sick and vacation time, health, dental and vision insurance.
Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
Compensation starting: $35.00/hour, BOE
